By purchasing or using a Nemboxwallet hardware device, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.
These terms apply to all users of Nemboxwallet products, including purchasers, gift recipients, and any individuals who use our hardware devices.

Description of Services
Nemboxwallet provides:
- Hardware devices for secure storage of cryptocurrency private keys
- Technical support for device setup and usage
- Firmware updates for security and functionality improvements
- Documentation and educational resources
What We Do NOT Provide:
- Cryptocurrency exchange or trading services
- Custodial services for digital assets
- Financial advice or investment recommendations
- Access to or control of your private keys
- DEX integrations or any exchange functions

User Responsibilities
As a user of Nemboxwallet, you are responsible for:
- Safely storing your recovery seed phrase
- Keeping your PIN code confidential
- Maintaining physical security of your device
- Verifying transaction details before confirmation
- Keeping your device firmware updated
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
You acknowledge that loss of your recovery seed phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your cryptocurrency assets.

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Nemboxwallet products for:
- Any illegal or unlawful purposes
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Reverse engineering or tampering with the device
- Reselling counterfeit devices
- Any activity that could harm Nemboxwallet's reputation

Warranty and Disclaimers
Nemboxwallet provides a limited 2-year warranty on hardware defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage from misuse or accidents
- Loss or theft of the device
- Damage from unauthorized modifications
- Loss of cryptocurrency due to user error
Disclaimer
THE DEVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY DUE TO USER ERROR, SOFTWARE BUGS, OR HARDWARE FAILURE.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Nemboxwallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the device
- We are not responsible for loss of cryptocurrency due to lost seed phrases or forgotten PINs
- We are not liable for market value changes of cryptocurrency

Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Discontinue support for older device models
- Modify or discontinue services with notice
Your rights to use the hardware device continue regardless of service termination.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.
